First Ministers Questions Review from Holyrood 121115
A low key FMQs focussed on Police Scotland and the Government report by the Police Inspectorate published this week.
It was a bad tempered session forcing the Presiding Officer to discipline members frequently even naming MSPs.
Kezia claimed the Police Report was a damning assessment of the Government’s handling of the force integration.
The First Minister announced that the Government would instigate all 30 recommendations of the report.
She mentioned that the “fiscal framework” of the Scotland Bill has yet to be agreed with the UK Government . Will that mean rejection of the Bill if she is not satisfied.
She was also unhappy that the lack of usual consultations with London over the Trade Union Bill could be a problem.
